- Swissmem advises, informs and provides documentation to Company Members in questions of the application of the overall employment agreement (GAV), employment law, social insurance and associated management, organizational and strategic human resources questions.
- You will receive support in the case of negotiations or disputes with employees and representatives of employees.
- We inform managers and employees about current subjects from the sectors of the social partnership, employment law, human resources strategy, the human resources economy and associated areas in seminars.
- Swissmem collects and publicizes data for Members, such as the wages index, employment statistics and statistics concerning the additional costs of human resources, and makes additional material from the human resources sector available; the salary comparison offers direct possibilities of comparison with over 300 Swissmem companies.
- The possibility of an intensive exchange of experience is offered within the framework of annual regional assemblies and local Erfa groups.
- We make numerous forms of assistance (sample agreements, checklists, etc.) to those responsible for human resources in Company Members.
