The order referral service facilitates a closer exchange between companies. Its aim is to refer available resources, services and products to the companies that need them in order to overcome delivery bottlenecks. This option is open to Swissmem and non-Swissmem companies from Switzerland and abroad.

The referral of staff is explicitly excluded from this service. The general terms of use and the provisions of the Swiss data protection ordinance shall apply. Swissmem will allocate the parties to the best of its knowledge and ability. It is in the nature of such offers that the parties can only discuss the details of any order after contact has been established (e.g. regarding complex technical products). Therefore, neither party is under any obligation to conclude a contract with the other party. The final decision as to whether to enter into a contractual relationship rests solely with the parties. If an offer is accepted, the parties will negotiate and agree the terms of the contract. Swissmem will not impose any requirements. The referral by Swissmem is free of charge for both parties. Swissmem does not make any guarantees and accepts no liability for this service, for the successful execution of orders in compliance with the contract, or for any direct or indirect loss or damage, etc.
